Initial Setup
Step 1: Charge Your Printer
- Plug the Micro USB cable into the printer’s charging port
- Connect to a USB power source (5V recommended)
- Charge fully before first use (approximately 2-3 hours)
- The indicator light shows when charging is complete
Step 2: Load Paper
- Open the paper compartment
- Insert a thermal paper or sticker roll, following the directional arrows
- Feed the paper straight — angled insertion causes jams
- Pull about 2 cm of paper out for the auto-feed mechanism
- Close the compartment securely
Step 3: Download FunPrint
- iPhone: Search “Fun Print” in the App Store
- Android: Search “Fun Print” in Google Play Store
- Install and open the app
Step 4: Connect via Bluetooth
- Turn on the C23 by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Open the FunPrint app and go to “Me” → “Connect”
- Select the C23 from the list of available devices
- You’re connected and ready to print!
Important: When you open the app for the first time, tap “Allow” for all the permissions the app requests — otherwise, it may cause Bluetooth connection issues or prevent printing.
Tip: The printer connects to only one app at a time. If you want to switch apps, disconnect from FunPrint first, fully close it, then open the other compatible app (such as iBleem or Dolewa).

- Coloring Prints: Print with “Medium” darkness to leave room for crayon coloring

- Print Longevity: Thermal prints are heat-sensitive — keep finished prints away from direct sunlight and heat

Troubleshooting
Printer Won’t Start
- Ensure battery is charged — connect to power for at least 30 minutes
- Press and hold the power button for 3 full seconds
Can’t Connect to Phone
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled
- Close and reopen the FunPrint app
- Restart the printer
- Make sure no other app is currently connected
- Stay within 10 meters of the printer
Print Quality Issues
- Adjust the darkness setting in the FunPrint app
- Confirm paper is loaded correctly (thermal side toward the print head)
- Try a new paper roll
- Clean the print head with a soft, dry cloth
Paper Won’t Feed
- Make sure at least 2 cm of paper extends out
- Reload the paper straight
- Remove any paper debris from the compartment
- Ensure the compartment is fully closed

- Charging: Use a standard 5V USB charger; do not leave unattended while charging
- Print Head: Becomes hot during printing — do not touch
