Initial Setup
Step 1: Charge Your Printer
- Connect the Micro USB cable to the charging port on your C20
- Plug into a USB power source
- Allow 2-3 hours for a complete charge
- Check the indicator light for charging status
Step 2: Load Paper
The C20 supports three paper widths (57 x 25 mm, 57 x 28 mm, 57 x 30 mm):
- Open the paper compartment
- Insert the thermal paper roll following the directional guides inside
- Keep the paper straight during insertion to prevent jams
- Pull about 2 cm of paper out so the auto-feed can engage
- Close the compartment firmly
Step 3: Install the FunPrint App
- iPhone Users: Open the App Store and search “Fun Print”
- Android Users: Open Google Play Store and search “Fun Print”
- Install the app
System Requirements:
- Android 4.0 or above (version 5.0+ recommended for best experience)
- iOS 10.0 or above (version 11.0+ recommended)
Step 4: Pair via Bluetooth
- Power on the C20 by holding the power button for 3 seconds
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Open FunPrint and go to “Me” → “Connect”
- Select your C20 from the available devices list
- Connection confirmed — start printing!
Important: When you open the app for the first time, tap “Allow” for all the permissions the app requests — otherwise, it may cause Bluetooth connection issues or prevent printing.
Note: Only one app can connect to the printer at a time. If FunPrint is connected in the background, other apps like iBleem or Dolewa won’t detect the printer. To switch apps, disconnect from FunPrint first, fully close it, then open the other app.

Print Quality Tips
- Paper Compatibility: The C20 supports three paper sizes — make sure you select the correct size in the app settings

Troubleshooting
Printer Won’t Turn On
- Charge for at least 30 minutes, then try again
- Hold the power button for a full 3 seconds
Bluetooth Pairing Failed
- Toggle Bluetooth off and on again on your phone
- Restart the printer
- Ensure no other app is connected to the printer
- Update the FunPrint app to the latest version
- Check you’re within Bluetooth range (~10 meters)
Prints Are Too Light or Dark
- Adjust the darkness/concentration setting in the app
- Verify the paper is loaded with the thermal-coated side facing the print head
- Try a different paper roll
Paper Jam or Feed Issues
- Open the compartment and clear any stuck paper
- Reload with at least 2 cm of paper exposed
- Ensure paper is inserted straight
- Clean the paper path of debris
Safety Guidelines
- Charger: Use only a standard 5V USB charger
- Print Head: Hot during operation — do not touch
