Initial Setup
Step 1: Charge Your Printer
Before first use, fully charge your C17:
- Connect the Micro USB cable to the charging port
- Plug into a standard 5V USB power source
- Allow 2-3 hours for a full charge
- The LED indicator shows charging status
Step 2: Load Paper or Sticker Rolls
The C17 works with both standard thermal paper and self-adhesive sticker rolls:
- Open the paper compartment
- Insert the paper/sticker roll following the directional guides
- Make sure the paper feeds straight — crooked insertion causes jams
- Pull approximately 2 cm of paper out for the auto-feed to grip
- Close the compartment securely
Step 3: Download the FunPrint App
- iPhone Users: Search “Fun Print” in the App Store
- Android Users: Search “Fun Print” in Google Play Store
- Download and install the app
Step 4: Connect via Bluetooth
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Open the FunPrint app
- Go to “Me” → “Connect” and select your C17 printer
- Once paired, you’re ready to create!
Important: When you open the app for the first time, tap “Allow” for all the permissions the app requests — otherwise, it may cause Bluetooth connection issues or prevent printing.
Note: Mini printers can only connect to one app at a time. If FunPrint is running in the background and connected, other apps like iBleem or Dolewa won’t detect the printer. To switch apps, disconnect from FunPrint first, fully close it, then open the other app.
